I’ve had the honor of photographing for Common Good Company in Boone, NC for the past 2 years.
This role has allowed me to explore my creativity and trust myself with new visual concepts to create a cohesive brand style.
This is my favorite job I’ve ever had and I’m fortunate enough to be under trusting and encouraging leadership! (Thanks Melina:)

My friend, Barrett, asked me to help out his family with their small business website. They own a local honey business and it’s awesome. Needless to say, I was stoked when he asked! But it was my first time ever photographing inventory images for a website.
The challenges here were that I wanted each product to have an accompanying creative touch, yet not overpower the product itself. I also was working on the kitchen floor, relying on the sunlight from my sink window.
After trial and error, I think I did an alright job! If you’re ever in the High Country, look out for Whole Hive Honey! Their honey cream soda is the best.
